I use Pale Moon. I have not tested for reproducibility on Firefox proper, but will if you need me to.
Ever since Mozilla switched to tabs on top (which I've disabled), the tab stack 'leaps around'. This happens every browsing session the first time I file a bookmark (and also at other times, but I'm not certain what triggers it). It alone jumps to beneath the menu bar. To get it back where it belongs, attached to tabs, I >>rt click>>menu bar>>tabs on top>>, then repeat that sequence un-checking tabs on top.
It's annoying as hell. Any ideas?
