First, many thanks for this add-on! I've been using it for years, for the 'color-by-domain' and 'dim non-active tabs' functions. I've also been using FF29 since it went to beta in March. It broke Classic Compact, which I've also used for years; but found an even better way to slim things down: the Australis Slimmr [sic] add-on, which slims and auto-hides the address/icon bar, along with some custom user.css hacks for the tab bar height and address/link font sizes.
I have not had any issues like the others reported. I'm using Win7 (and also tried in XP) without any FF theme btw. However, after the CT 23.2 update today, I was disappointed in its change.
I loved how in FF29 with CT 22.9, the active tab used the new FF-style highlighting (see attachment - note it drops below the tabs due to my user.css hacks); this made is -so- much easier to find my active tab, versus the CT style. Would it be possible to have an option to select the new FF active tab highlighting, vs CT23.2's default?
On a side note, it seems the CT option 'Highlight the currently selected tab' doesn't do anything, unless its setup-specific. Perhaps using the new FF highlight method could take over that option? 🙂 [and while I'm here...'Aggressive Mode' is missing a 'g' in the Tweaks options]
Thanks again!
