Domain-based coloring in FFox ESR 52.6.0 (32-bit)

<edit> I have found a work-around. Clicking 'add domain preset' from the Colorful Tabs right-click context menu DOES stick, but only for that specific URL.
Right-clicking on a tab, choosing Colorful Tabs then Options then Presets still does NOT work. Weird. </edit>
This feature as stopped working for me since I re-installed my Windows 10 64-bit OS.
My previous set-up was virtually identical and I had no problems at all with Colorful Tabs remembering domain-based presets.
Now, when I click the Add Domain button and fill out my preferences, after clicking OK and re-opening the Options window, only the three defaults are showing.
I also have TabMixPlus and Classic Theme Restorer installed, but these were also present on my previous installation. As far as I can tell my settings are identical in all three add-ons, but Colorful Tabs simply does NOT remember my domain settings.
Does anybody have a clue what I can do? I'm about to disable the other two add-ons to see if that makes a difference.
