Reply To: Inability To Select Tab (at The Top Position) When ColorfulTabs Is On

I had the same issue for the past year or so. It came with the major update to Fx a while ago - don't recall the version number. But the update that just came out - 38.0.1 - seems to have fixed it. I may be speaking too soon, but so far so good.

I always thought it was Tree Style Tab's issue.
