I shall number, if you don't mind? My answers reflect whether or not I personally would use the feature.
1) Send tab to a certain position. Yes
2) New tab before/after this tab. Maybe
3) Height/width settings for selected/unselected/all tab(s). Maybe
4) Color the toolbar with the color of the current tab. No
5) Set tabs to mini mode (width the size of pinned tab). Maybe?
6) Flat Tabs (without rounded corners) No
